Celebrate Pi Day (March 14th) with these easy & tasty recipes.

March 14th is national Pi Day. What better way to celebrate the Greek letter “π” than with the a tasty slice of pie? I’ll tell you a better way – make them ice cream pies! Pi is used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159. Luckily you don’t need warm weather (or sticky hands) to enjoy ice cream. There are many wonderful and creative ways to use it for your favorite pie recipes. This Ice Cream Cookie Pie from Lilac City Momma is just four easy steps to tasty!

I love PI day, an excuse to indulge in some pie is always a good idea ;) I’m loving how bloggers are coming up with different roundups for it to. I’ve seen savory pies and that cookie pie you have on there is great looking :)
