Fotor – Free Online Photo Editor

The power of quick, quality editing at your fingertips.

Photo editing has never been more fun or more creative. With the popularity of platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and blogs – everyone is looking for easy ways to show off their day, their dinner or just their favorite quote. Luckily, you no longer need an expensive, high-end editing program to get the results you’re looking for.

I partnered up with Fotor so I could share with you my first hand experience with their FREE innovative online photo editor that breaks the preconceived notion of ‘free’ software by offering professional level adjustment, deluxe editing, premium filters and more.

I was really impressed with the quality of the photo effects they offer. Filter sets include several affects in each different category: Lens Flare, Holiday, Classic, Lomo, Vintage, Cool, B&W and Funky. They also have creative enhancements like tilt shift and mosaic.

Another feature that caught my eye was how much control you have over text. Most free online editors offer text, but they don’t have as many customization options. Fotor even automatically imports the local fonts you have saved on your own computer.

Other editing features include:

  • 1-Tap Enhance
  • Beautify
  • Pro adjustment like curves, tone, contrast, saturation & more.
  • Custom Frames
  • Clip Art and Overlays
  • Banners and signs
  • + more

Once you’ve edited and customized your photos you can save to your computer, online albums or share to your social networks with one click.  You can also create banners or a photo collage in a matter of minutes. The side photo upload makes dragging and dropping easy with the ability to instantly switch between numerous templates to get the perfect result.

You can also create free photo cards for friends and family. Choose from hundreds of templates like Mother’s Day, Birthday, Thank You, holidays and more.

One of the best parts about Fotor is that you aren’t limited to only using it online. You can download it on your PC or Mac for offline use, install the Fotor app on your Android or iOs phone and even keep it handy as a Chrome extension. It goes where ever you go – and it doesn’t cost you a dime.

Give it a try! www.Fotor.com

I’ve played with Fotor before and I really like it! I didn’t realize they had such great fonts, though. I’ll have to check them out again!

I didn’t realize it went beyond the phone to the PC. That’s a huge plus. I love the effect you did on your macarons.

Having an app like this for iOS would be so nice. I have a mini-version of PS but I don’t like it that much and it’s not all that user friendly. I’m going to download this and play with it!

This looks amazing. Currently I’m using ipiccy and it doesn’t have half the modifications that Fotor does. I am changing from now on. Love the font.

I didn’t realize there was a web version. I have the Fotor app on my Windows phone and love it.

That’s neat. I typically use PicMonkey for photo editing but I’m definitely open to trying new editors.

I need to check this out! I am using and paying for Adobe Creative Cloud and if I can get away from it and save $30 a month I would like to!
